“The room was dirty and had paper towels in the floor when we got there. We opened the drawers and there was ketchup and mayonnaise packets. The nightstand drawers had mouse droppings in it. “It took about 15 minutes to wake up the front desk attendant so that I could check-in after a long day of travel. She acted annoyed that I woke her. I said that I was about to leave & find another hotel because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. She completely ignored my comment, she didn’t attempt to apologize.”
